Role definition (Chile Law No. 21.719):
The Brewery Customer is the Data Controller and owner of the information. ITS-Phoenix Limitada is the Data Processor, technology custodian, does not commercialize the data and maintains confidentiality and trade secrecy.
Data processed and purpose:
The PWA collects credentials (company RUT, user RUT, encrypted passwords), commercial and financial management (customers, dispatches, balances, installments, pending payments), operational logistics (packaging, control and traceability of kegs) and real-time sales reports for the exclusive use of the brewery management.
Security and integrity:
Communications are encrypted under HTTPS/SSL, local storage is isolated by the browser and cloud databases are logically segregated so each brewery cannot access data from others.
Non-payment suspension and portability:
Lack of payment allows suspension of access. Suspension does not destroy the information; records are kept for a technical period of 30 calendar days before definitive deletion. While the license is active, the brewery can export native sales, dispatch and payment reports.
Support:
For technical inquiries, incidents or exercise of ARCO rights, the support channel is contacto@its-phoenix.cl or authorized support channels from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
